as the hr manager, you will hold a key position in our organization, reporting directly to the ceo.

*key duties*:
- develop and implement hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, including labor relations and union negotiation.
- manage the recruitment and selection process.
- support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- develop and monitor overall hr strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, with special focus on labor relations and negotiating with unions.
- nurture a positive working environment.
- oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- report to management and provide decision support through hr metrics.
- ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
*requirements and qualifications*:
- degree in human resources or a related field.
- thorough understanding of labor law and hr best practices.
- proven experience as an hr manager or similar hr executive role.
- people-oriented and goal-oriented.
- demonstrated expertise in hr metrics.
- familiarity with hr systems and databases.
- ability to design strategies and possess leadership skills.
- strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- capability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
