main activities:
1. coordinate with the foreman to manage the work team according to the shift's needs.
2. solve production area problems or external issues with stakeholders.
3. support continuous improvement in the manual pouring process.
4. implement procedures applicable to the manual pouring area.
5. ensure that established procedures are followed in the manual pouring area.
6. ensure quality and productivity in manual pouring production.
7. make decisions based on studies conducted by the engineer.
8. create and implement continuous improvement studies based on tier 1 or manual pouring area indicators.
complementary activities:
1. follow up on requests with the purchasing department.
2. question any decisions made by the team without prior notice.
3. participate in tier-1 meetings with foremen.
4. make and challenge decisions within the team in charge.
5. authority over foremen in matters of productivity and quality.
job requirements:
1. education: industrial engineering or related field.
2. experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the ceramics industry.
3. knowledge: proficiency in microsoft office, assertive communication, knowledge of personnel management, problem-solving and decision-making, pc skills, intermediate english, experience in ceramics.
