*about the opportunity*
as a member of the operation team, the airport host is the first person that our customer sees and plays an instrumental role in creating a positive customer experience. The airport host must ensure that guests are met on arrival at the airport and seen off on departure in a warm, sincere, and upbeat manner, ensure a smooth transition to drivers, handle operational issues, and continually provide feedback on risks and improvements to our operations team.
*key responsibilities*
- ensure amazing meet and greet experience at airports through punctuality, personalized service, and professional appearance in discova-branded materials.
- work with touring and fleet teams to resolve customer service issues to customer satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- keeps track of actual flight arrival and departure times.
- complete arrival and departure customer report and submit to operation daily
- create a memorable first impression with our meet and greet customers at airport.
- ensure welcome information is provided to customers, and that contact info is retrieved from any customers without an ids host.

*essential qualifications and experience*
- fluent in national local language and english.
- experience working in in-destination airport logistics is an advantage.

- outstanding sales skills with strong customer care focus.
- results orientated.
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
- excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
- able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.
