*job description*:*job description*directly reporting to the hr generalist (reforma) and partnering with the hr team, this role will support initiatives that improve our employee life cycle and help us deliver an agile and efficient hr function that supports all our business operations in mexico.the hr payroll coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll and maintaining records in addition to hr administration and project work.
this role will be involved in regional and local hr projects or audits across business units to effectively accomplish labor and local regulations in a timely manner.the success measures for this role are connected to the delivery of clear reporting information, documented policies, payroll control and development, processes, and procedures that can deliver hr operational excellence.
*responsibilities include but are not limited to*:- review and support the implementation of local hr policies and procedures to effectively meet operational and regulatory requirements for nbcu in mexico.
identify gaps or efficiency opportunities and propose improvements leveraging regional and global practices.- accomplish projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; identify optional courses of action; delivering the program.- * payroll *- process payroll every pay period, maintain records, receive and coordinate requests from the team, identify and develop opportunities for improvement.

the position has to ensure the correct governmental laws between the employee and the company.- * onboarding* - in hiring processes, ensure id badge request, follow up on the delivery of work tools, new hires system update, back-office mgmt., administrative processes, etc.
