*main activities*:
- identifies current and future customer service requirements bye establishing personal rappport with potential and actual customers
- provides product, service and technical information to customers
- establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potencial customers, planning and organizing sales call schedules
- prepares cost estimates by studying blueprint, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel
- submits orders by conferring with technical support staff
- educate customer staff by providing technical information and training
- prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information
- maintains professional and technical knowledge of products
- analyzses ales engineering effectiveness bye identifying short-term and long-term vustomer concerns that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action
- travel 25-50% to meet with potential /new/ regular customers
- adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ehitcs codes
*job profile*:
- experience: 5 years
- educational requirement: bacherlor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (desirable)
- experience knowledge: markiting, sales, costing, erp systems, project & product management
- attitudes in the performance: dynamic, responsible, reliable, organized, customer service, results oriented, organization.
