position responsibilities
- develop local market strategies based on the life cycle of each product (positioning, competitors, new launches, line extensions, promotion as mrna platform, targeting) based on the collaboration with other enabling and commercial units.
- develop focused channel approaches for the segments of key clients (ie.
private & public)
- co-design the go-to-market strategy in private for adult vaccination
- development & implementation of launch campaign and digital strategy
- data analysis, interpretation, development & plan of action for the mrna platform product (covid-19 vaccine) & future pipeline based on internal and external audits.
- monthly analysis of ap sales closure, identify variations and re-adjust quotas to achieve sales objectives and improve demand planning.
- price analysis per dose vs competitors and monitoring through the sales force
- support of sales force team in materials development for plem events and co-lead, organize & participate in congresses and pap's.
- identify and activate specific strategies for kol's, dol's & potential hcp's in the market accelerating launch penetration in the private market.

- participate in specific brand & portfolio campaigns based on the trade marketing plan or seasonality
- budget management of sales and dme vs the execution of the plan
- forecast development of products to guarantee the proper supply working side by side with demand planning & supply
- promotional materials & campaigns with pfizer ink & other providers with the approval of medical, regulatory, compliance & legal through gcma.
- coordinate advisory boards, speaker trainings, summits & others events organized by the region
- field work with clients, sales force and other at least one or twice a month to see market insights
- effective communication with the regional team about performance & growth initiatives.
- development & implementation of the launch campaign for each vaccine with and omnichannel perspective seeking for innovation and the right marketing positioning.
- map and identify critical processes and keep track of key activities to accelerate launch through the support of diverse stakeholders and cross functional areas, local and regional.

required:
- +3 years of experience in marketing / commercial / new launches / business development (high specialty)
