key responsibilities
- lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results (60 people or more)
- lead continuous improvement projects
- set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching (kpi's management)
- foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- ensure that projects and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
- identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and productivity
you must have
minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, focused in manufacturing production
strong leadership and management skills
knowledge of lean manufacturing (5s, kaizen, line balancing, yamazumi)
knowledge of sap or similar erp
excel knowledge
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
medium english skills
