this role will support corporate and global groups & functions with respect to all hr processes related (workforce admin, total rewards, global mobility, learning, talent management, hr reporting, etc).
*your impact.

your responsibilities would consist of:
- partners with the division on hrc tasks
- influences hrvp, hr sr. Directors, and members of the hrlt for the division on needs of the business
- provide subject matter expertise (sme) level support to business leaders and administrators on my hr manager self service processing
- troubleshoot issues, escalate matters to global business services (gbs), hr operations team or hr service center as needed.
partner with gbs, hr operations to provide feedback on systems, report challenges, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for system users
- compile data reports and analyze data as well as report general statistics and insights for market
- collaborate with internal hr business partners to solve complex employee questions regarding benefits, leaves of absence and payroll issues
- pro-actively partner with business to create talent plans and workforce planning
- act as strategic advisor to market on hr programs and reporting
qualifications:

- college diploma helpful in business or human resources
- bachelor's degree
experience
- minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
- payroll & benefits administration
- hr processes (hires, terminations, changes, total rewards, payroll inputs)
- hr and payroll systems: service now and myservices
- proficient in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
