as a marketing manager at equivity, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads and convert them into tangible sales opportunities.

*what you'll do*:
- collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and ensure a seamless lead-to-sales pipeline.
- optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (ctas), and other marketing assets to maximize conversions.
- analyze performance metrics, including cost per lead (cpl), lead quality, and conversion rates, and make data-informed adjustments.
- manage crm systems and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
- conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- create and oversee marketing campaigns that directly drive sales volume, including retargeting and upselling strategies.
- monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve roi.
*what we're looking for*:
- proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation and sales growth.
- expertise in digital marketing channels such as google ads, facebook ads, linkedin ads, seo, etc.
- hands-on experience with crm platforms and marketing automation tools.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and revenue targets.
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., google analytics, google ads) are a plus
