This an end-to-end recruiter position, it will supporthiring managers with their staffing needs in apodaca.
full cyclerecruiting: responsible for managing candidates for hourly andsalary roles throughout the full recruiting life cycle, includingbut not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals,counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm'sattributes - create and execute a recruitment plan for variousroles from entry to executive level - work with the hr businesspartner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify jobspecifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiringneeds and modify job descriptions as appropriate - utilizeinternet, employee referrals and networking to identify and contactqualified applicants for positions - develop new sources toidentify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conductinitial call to potential candidate - work with manager ofrecruiting to create best practices for recruiting.
