Position objective
lead the team (up to approx. 50 people), ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.
roles & responsibilities
1. provide and maintain an environment with high standards of health and safety.
2. establish the standard work (wi) & leads continuous improvement by using brpms.
3. collect information on the main kpis and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.
4. manage personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment, process follow up according to wi).
5. leads and develops the teams in order to achieve business unit goals.
6. ensure the site production plan either as a supporting or production area.
7. project support to engineering team.
8. daily operation follow up.
9. flag red point & escalation process.
10. follow brp values and behaviors.
11. ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.
12. enforce quality brp policy.
position profile:
bachelor in: business administration, engineering or similar.
professional experience:
at least 1 year in leading a team (+35 hc).
language:
* fluent in spanish written and verbal.
* english written and verbal (min: 80%).
* knowledge of french or german is an advantage.
technical skills (minimum desired)
1. microsoft office (excel & pp advanced).
2. health & safety knowledge.
3. logistics processes.
4. erp knowledge.
5. continuous improvement tools.
