We are seeking a highly motivated business development representative (bdr) to join our dynamic sales team. The bdr will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and driving revenue growth. key responsibilities
1. lead generation & prospecting – identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
2. qualifying leads – assess potential clients’ needs and determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
3. building relationships – develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects to create business opportunities.
4. collaboration with sales team – work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
5. market research – stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
6. crm management – maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the crm system.
qualifications & skills
1. experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or a related field
2. education: bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3. communication skills: strong verbal and written communication abilities.
4. resilience & persistence: comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejections.
5. tech-savvy: experience using crm tools (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) is a plus.
6. self-motivated: a proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
