role description
this is a full-time, on-site role for a call center reservations agent located in puerto vallarta, jal. The reservations agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties.
qualifications
1. phone etiquette and communication skills
2. experience in reservations and customer service
3. strong interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
4. ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. fluency in english and spanish is a plus
6. prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
