They excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. They possess strong impact analysis and gap analysis abilities, effectively managing stakeholders and users while facilitating requirement workshops. Proficient in process and use case mapping, they analyze business cases and guide technical and vendor teams. The cornerstone of their skill set is exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling them to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team. It is important to note that data analytics, etl and business intelligence are not part of the job description.
in this role, you'll work in one of our ibm consulting client innovation centers (delivery centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
your role and responsibilities
* hands on experience as a business analyst or similar roles
* coordinate needs between the product owner and the vmo
* knowledge of using visio (process flows)
* strong communication skills – ability to work with customers and on tasks independently with little or no supervision once trained on the procedures
* strong analytic skills - ability to learn from the sme and create sop documentation, business process flows
* advanced english level
* run various sap reports to view project financial actuals
preferred technical and professional experience
* coordinate payment of invoices with product owners
* research & correct missing, duplicate or incorrect invoices
* reconcile project actuals vs forecast and address variances
* identify, research & resolve unexpected project charges, or charges to incorrect bill codes
* coordinate purchase order needs between the product owner and vmo
* create & submit transactions to address financial corrections
* contact product owners and/or vendors as needed to resolve financial matters
* communicate financial status, gaps and concerns with team lead(s)
