- lead the car leasing process, audit the maintenance plan, emergency support and in compliance with regulatory policy.
- coordinate general operation & general maintenance (preventive and corrective) and suppliers payments such as leasing, car leasing, general maintenance, cleaning service among others.
- focal point of key ehss initiatives, ehss committee leader.
- coordination of csr and employee engagement activities partnering with hr team.
- hr admin role, sap scheduled, monthly and exceptional transactions.
- coordinate the communication with hr & service vendors for run & maintain operations.
- focal point for record retention policy to comply with corporate audit requirements.
- main logistic coordinator of special key stakeholders visits and corporate events.
