we are looking for
process engineer
at our location in comonfort, guanajuato (méxico).
requirements
1. education: industrial, automotive or similar engineering.
2. 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
3. good knowledge of automotive engineering standards, processes, and requirements.
4. core tools
5. advanced english
your tasks:
1. define and standardize process parameters to ensure objectives and meet customer requirements.
2. develop production methods, design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes, including optimization of workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
3. review, generate, and update standard operating documents (fmea, process sheets, work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.
4. generate capacity and standardized work sheets.
5. perform line balancing according to customer requirements (takt time).
6. project management, coordinate process improvement projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
7. work within strict deadlines with full ownership of the individual assigned responsibility.
