Dupont has an opening position for a dupont contact center representative located in polanto, ciudad de mexico, mexico. The contact center representative is the interface between customers and our business to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The contact center representative provides solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (manufacturing, marketing & sales, supply chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.
Main activities may include:
- issue handling - media events, divested businesses, retiree benefit changes
- manage privacy notification requests
- route medical incidents
- handle sds (safety data sheets) requests
- handle sample requests
- sales support tasks
- maintain daily contact with product stewards, technical service, reach leader, and (global) dupont employees in support of resolving customer requests.
- attend all compulsory training. Responsible for identifying and taking action on self-development training.
Skills required:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- previous contact center experience
- ability to work towards deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects
- high level of accuracy and detail oriented
- strong listening, oral and written communication skills
- proficient in microsoft office; excel®, word® and powerpoint®
- familiarity and interest in the sciences and chemistry
- cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of people
- fluent in spanish, english languages
- portuguese language is a plus
