a snapshot of your day
in the department latin america technical supportwe are responsible for giving technical solutions to customers issues, support for our field service teams and monitoring of the whole latin america fleet.
how you’ll make an impact
1. support day by day of regional clients with technical inquires related to outages in sync with local and pl technical support group.
2. participate in outages preparation meetings and support local outages execution.
3. participate in customers meetings upon required by field services or project management group
4. technical clarification on inspection scopes (activities, tools, schedule, resources, etc.) with customer both internals and externals.
5. create and follow up sfdc cases with operational/mech support.
6. fault reports creation during major events.
7. spare parts definition for creating selling opportunities.
8. tools and instrument support for regional siemens.
9. processes and way of working clarification to regional siemens and sweden product competence center.
10. day to day customer care and tech inquiries from customer. (pre / during / post outages and in normal operations)
11. service bulleting process clarification and preliminary scopes.
12. support product competence center for solving tech questions and interaction with region and customer.
13. eventually support as aplication engineer schedule outages when requested by ae pl team.
what you bring
14. university degree in electrical or mecanical engineering
15. professional experience 5 years in thermal power plants positions.
16. technical knowledge: gas turbines, it tools.
17. at professional working profiency level.
18. soft skills results focused, customer satisfaction oriented, multicultural approach.
