you will be directly reporting to the senior hr manager and acting as a strategic partner to the business leaders, driving their people strategy to deliver the strategic objectives.you will provide expertise for the full scope of the hr function including employee onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, reward, talent management, payroll processes, and reporting activities, talent development and organizational design.as a member of the hr team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your expertise to deliver our strategic objectives for the manufacturing facility.
how you will do it as an hrbp, you will lead day-to-day human resources activities in the plant.
you will support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.you will ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.you will prepare ad-hoc and regularly scheduled hr queries and reconcile them with reports from other databases; prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating; explain human resourcespolicies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees; support the payroll process; and assist with training programs.you are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, and possess a positive demeanor which will enhance hr excellence for the region.
