*about the role*we are looking for a performance marketing manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives.
if you're passionate about data-driven marketing, scaling app-based campaigns, and optimizing search strategies, this role is for you!
*what you'll do*- develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing strategies across digital channels including google ads, meta, instagram, and other relevant platforms.- execute and optimize app install campaigns, search ads, display, video ads (youtube, tiktok, snap) and retargeting strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.- monitor and analyze key performance metrics (cpi, cac, ltv, roi, etc.)
to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for maximum performance.- collaborate with product, analytics, and tech teams to ensure alignment on goals, kpis, and roadmaps- lead a/b testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.- manage budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting on campaign performance to senior leadership.- stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in search, app marketing, and overall performance marketing.
*qualifications*- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with app install campaigns and paid search.- proficiency in google ads, meta (facebook/instagram) ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.- familiarity with mobile measurement partners (mmps) such as adjust, appsflyer, or branch.- strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
