*key responsibilities/tasks*
*hr*:
- coordinate actions focused on the creation and assurance of a safety culture
- define goals and annual budget necessary for the proper performance of the department
- establish and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls for activities related to its management
- complete market analysis regarding compensation and formulate necessary proposals
- advise on issues related to best practices in human resources administration such as labor relations management, disciplinary actions, human resources policies and procedures, etc., when necessary, including collaboration with legal representatives and union issues
- management/investigate drive line cases assigned
- management of employee’s services/committees/events/communication (medical, cafeteria, transportation, united way, d&i, etc.) in order to assure an acceptable employee experience level
- ensure compliance with country's legal provisions on labor matters
- plan and execute the recruitment, selection and on boarding activities of the new hires, in accordance with the established policies and procedures, in order to guarantee the availability of personnel, as required
- plan, control and execute personnel actions (promotions, transfers, vacations, terminations, disabilities, etc.), in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
- manage the company's employee compensation system (salary scale, benefits, salary increases, etc.), ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed and that it remains in line with market offers
- plan, control and coordinate employee’s performance evaluation program of the areas under his/her responsibility, in order to identify needs and establish programs that contribute to the improvement of the productivity of the company's personnel
- plan, design, implement and monitor training programs and career development plans that allow constant improvement and improvement of the company's human resources
- plan, design and implement motivation and incentive programs aimed at company personnel in order to strengthen a positive work environment, self-improvement and customer service
- manage the relationship with company suppliers related to its management

- ensure the correct processing of employee data, such as registrations, terminations, changes in personal information, permits, salaries and working hours
- design manuals and document data processing procedures
- collaborate with human resources leadership and staff to identify necessary improvements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions
- manage permissions, access, customization, and similar system operations and configurations for users of human resources services
- serve as the main representative and liaison between human resources, information services, external providers and other interested parties for projects of design and implementation of human resources databases
- ensure system compliance with privacy and data security requirements
- oversee the acquisition of appropriate hardware and software to ensure the organization has high quality and efficient systems
- facilitate migration to a unified hris if necessary, identify current state and develop list of alternatives and recommendations
- identify immediate opportunities and execute implementation strategy
- achieve cost reduction goals developed by about health and member organizations
- guide development of a long-term, strategic shared services business plan
- provide support to members for the integration and business planning process objectives of the organization

education:
- bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial relations / human resources, industrial psychology, or relevant field
- english / spanish proficiency is a must
*professional experience/qualifications*:
- 7+ years of experience as hr manager
- personnel management in staff greater than 1000 employees
