*responsibilities*:
- arrange customer visits onsite and manage communication within the local office manage transportation for employees and visitors
- manage travel needs as car rental, accommodations, flights, and invoices
- participates in the documentation for international mobility
- organize and collaborates with the social club for office activities
- manage the office supplies including kitchen needs
- perform a wide range of administrative function, bringing dynamism to the job.

*degree*: secondary degree or bachelor’s degree in administration or similar.
*software*: ms office tools
*language*: fluent in english and spanish, written & spoken.
*experience*: 2 years of experience in a similar role.
