To coordinate and guide a group of r&d engineers, establish strategies, planning and administrating resources, all of this to define objectives and priorities according to the necesities of the group.the group leader as a general rule will be half of the time dedicated to projects and half to administrative topics, however, this needs to be confirmed or defined in the business unit.
the main responsibilities will include managing and administrating a group of people.he/she will do the evaluation of her/his directs in cooperation with project oriented responsible related to his team.
he/she will act as customer for process & tools organization to drive the improvements based on the feedback of his/her team.
