.*position*:hr analyst, compensationour next hr analyst, compensation will support global compensation incentives working as a project manager.*what you'll be doing*:- consults with human resources business partners to facilitate management and employee understanding of arrow's total reward systems. Educates, mentors, and trains all human resources staff on compensation processes, practices, and programs. Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.- participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. Participates in domestic and international third-party compensation surveys. Evaluates external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of arrow's salary structures, incentive programs and other pay practices. Ensures appropriate job matches of arrow's jobs to survey positions.- audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements. Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, flsa exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
