- stay abreast of related technology and recommend future system enhancements, improving troubleshooting and reducing the manual tasks
- citrix virtual application delivery administration and management on an enterprise level
- experience in managing global enterprise citrix environments
- provide systems deployment, configuration, installation and support of equipment in microsoft windows environment to the specification of client proposals
- understanding and troubleshooting windows server related issues, storage, virtualization platform and networking
- analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining data and implement changes, as required, to achieve optimum performance

- bachelor of science from an accredited university in the areas of computer science, engineering, information systems, business or equivalent field of study a plus.
- 7+ years of citrix and/or it operational experience, including with relevant microsoft technologies.
- knowledge of tcp/ip and interoperability with various network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- knowledge of ms windows, linux, and vmware operating systems.
- knowledge of information security techniques to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- knowledge of cisco ucs servers and tintri storage
- working knowledge of network tools, such as wireshark, etc.
- good analytical and problem solving skills.
- ability to communicate with other employees in the company in both technical and non-technical roles.
