*job summary*:*what you will do*:- identifying prospective companies throughout the territory of mexico (bajio).- gaining introductions to prospective clients.- learning and understand key client needs.- presenting altair solutions in the context of those needs.- developing and customizing presentations.- negotiating pricing and business contracts oriented to customers vision and reciprocal growth.- objection handling and problem resolution.- competitive information gathering.- seek for expansions with current customers.- keep crm updated with precise information.
*what you will need*:*basics*:- bachelor´s degree in engineering, business or related degree.- minimum 3 years of experience in software sales is desired.- willingness to qualify and vigorously pursue sales leads.- ability to understand complex requirements, and to formulate solutions based in customer's needs.- a positive attitude, a high energy and the ability to quickly establish customer rapport.- excellent follow-up and communication skills (oral and written).- ability to effectively position a value proposition while handling objections.- strong problem solving, negotiation, organization and closing skills.- self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed.- willingness to travel as required within assigned territory.- technically astute.- good business acumen and people judgment.- availability to work from home.- fluent in english, required.
