job description:
as a call center agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for our u.s.-based clients, specializing in personal loan consolidation. Your primary role will be to understand consumer needs, offer personalized debt consolidation solutions, and guide them through the loan application process. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and enjoy helping people achieve financial relief.
key responsibilities:
* manage inbound calls from u.s. consumers looking for personal loan consolidation options.
* conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential leads and assist with loan inquiries.
* use vici dialer and crm systems to track customer interactions, update records, and manage client information.
* explain the benefits of loan consolidation and help clients understand how it can lower monthly payments and reduce interest rates.
* gather and verify personal and financial details to assess clients' eligibility for loan consolidation.
* perform soft credit checks with client consent to evaluate loan offers.
* meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including loan application conversions.
requirements:
* you must have at least 1 year of experience in call center space in either real estate, debt settlement, debt consolidation, or debt collection with us consumers.
* minimum of 12 months of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, or financial services preferred).
* proficient with computer systems, phone systems, dialers such as vicidial, and crm platforms to manage customer data.
* fluent in both english and spanish (spoken and written).
* strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain financial products clearly.
* excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* experience with personal loans, debt consolidation, or financial products is a plus.
* high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is preferred.
* availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to align with u.s. business hours.
