sé un socio estratégico de recursos humanos para el negocio. Prepara y apoya la ejecución de los planes de negocio al traducir las necesidades de la empresa en soluciones de recursos humanos adecuadas, contribuyendo activamente a la optimización del rendimiento del negocio.
responsabilidades clave
* implementación de campañas de recursos humanos: asegurar la correcta ejecución de campañas estratégicas y la administración de procesos de compensación y beneficios.
* desarrollo organizacional: desplegar procesos de cambio y desarrollo organizacional alineados con los objetivos de la compañía.
* incorporación de nuevos empleados: gestionar el proceso de onboarding para garantizar una integración efectiva y positiva.
* relaciones laborales: establecer y mantener relaciones constructivas con sindicatos, gestionando diferencias y resolviendo dudas.
* colaboración con líderes: trabajar estrechamente con gerentes y supervisores para implementar procesos de recursos humanos y proponer acciones de mejora continua.
* promoción de cultura Ética & compliance: contribuir al desarrollo de una cultura organizacional sólida, promoviendo valores y el cumplimiento del código de conducta.

buscamos un hrbp proactivo y motivado con las siguientes características:
* educación: licenciatura en relaciones industriales, administración o área afín.
* experiencia: mínimo 6 años en recursos humanos, especialmente en desarrollo organizacional y relaciones laborales.
* idiomas: dominio del inglés y español fluido a nivel de negocios.
* conocimiento: sólido entendimiento de derecho laboral.
habilidades de comportamiento:
excelente actitud de servicio, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicación efectiva, y sólidas relaciones interpersonales y departamentales. También es fundamental tener un enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente, responsabilidad, habilidades para la solución de problemas, apego a normas, habilidades numéricas, atención al detalle y organización.

key responsibilities
* implementation of hr campaigns: ensure the effective execution of strategic campaigns and the management of compensation and benefits processes.
* organizational development: deploy change processes and organizational development aligned with the company's objectives.

* labor relations: establish and maintain constructive relationships with unions, managing differences and resolving inquiries.

who we are looking for
we are seeking a proactive and motivated hrbp with the following characteristics:
* education: bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, administration, or a related field.
* experience: minimum of 6 years in human resources, particularly in organizational development and labor relations.
* languages: fluent in english and spanish at a business level.
* knowledge: solid understanding of labor law.
the ideal candidate should possess behavioral skills such as:
excellent service attitude, teamwork ability, effective communication, and strong interpersonal and departmental relationships. A focus on customer satisfaction, responsibility, problem-solving skills, adherence to standards, numerical abilities, attention to detail, and organization are also essential.
