- responsabilidad de las solicitudes de servicio del cliente y garantizar la resolución satisfactoria en tiempo y forma de los problemas; generar informes de incidentes diarios y semanales; revisión del historial de incidentes para determinar fallas reiterativas.
- monitoreo de cajeros automáticos para clientes de monitoreo de cajeros automáticos de ncr.
- registro de información en el sistema hds (help desk solution); documentar, verificar y realizar las correcciones apropiadas en el registro de incidentes para garantizar una documentación exhaustiva de la descripción del problema y toda actividad posterior; actualización de ordenes de trabajo (work orders) y proveer información del estado de las mismas.
- escalamiento de incidencias del cliente tanto interna como externamente, de acuerdo con el proceso de escalamiento definido.
- mejorar y desarrollar métodos de apoyo de calidad y habilidades de comunicación a través del coaching, la retroalimentación y otros enfoques de desarrollo.
