- ensure rotation in the different work stations within the working day, always making sure that the designated operator has the necessary competence.
- ensure that shift reports are filled out in a timely and correct manner by operational personnel. As well as reporting the results accurately and truthfully in the corresponding forums.
- be aware of process changes and inform the operational staff.
- work according to the established goals: correct quantity, correct quality, real time.
- continuously evaluate and update the level of competence of the operators in order to give them the right tasks and category.
- in charge of the system of audits by layers (follow-up, verification of compliance and closure of actions).
- to provide the necessary training and diffusion so that the operators carry out their functions with quality, security and taking into account the care of the environment.
- be an active part of the multidisciplinary team, e.g. Q-council, s-council.
- participate as a manager in the monitoring of the systems: gssf, quality management, environmental management, safety management and c-tpat.
- to follow at all times the environmental, safety and quality policies and procedures, as well as the internal work regulations and other applicable regulations, and to verify the monitoring of these by the workers under their supervision, whether they are internal or contractors.
- to stop production in the face of quality, environmental and safety risks or possible disturbances and to request immediate attention from those responsible.
- monitor, report and act in situations related to the working environment, the environment and occupational safety.
