we are now looking for an engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers.
in this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks, also will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
this team typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the service delivery organization.
working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge.
*you will*
- handle customer issues, dedicated support and software update management (sum)
- mentor remote service gateway (rsg)
- the role more than often requires you to seek big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.
- you will work, collaborate, and communicate in the international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers.
*to be successful in the role you must have*
- experience in integration or support for rbs, rnc and/or enodeb is a must for this role
- solid understanding in wcdma *required*:
- basic understanding of the lte/nr standard
- experience in baseband and to know moshell/amos is an asset
- experience in evo 8200/8300 or rnc 3810 /3820
- knowledge in 3gpp standard for wcdma and/or lte/nr
