*subdirector digital direct debit accounts*
debit accounts is a key product in hsbc. It is the entrance for our customers to the bank and allows us to offer them a whole value proposition.
Reporting to the head of customer experience and debit account within the executive direction of customers, this position will act as the product manager for our digital accounts level 2 and level 4, being responsible for the p&l of each product, e2e processes, commercial activities and compliance.
This position works closely with marketing, channels, legal, data and analytics, customer experience, segments, it, transformation and compliance to ensure we work as one bank delivering value to our customers and innovating in this ever changing market
*high level responsibilities*:
1) ensure we have a strong customer value proposition for our digital debit accounts
2) provide thought leadership and represent debit accounts in different local and global forums and committees.
3) development and implementation of innovative and comprehensive product strategies.
4) launch / refine products and services and fee revenue maximization strategies.
5) develop and definition of promotional product/rate offers through: market research, target audience, lead generation plans and success measurements
6) communicate product related benefits and promotions
7) manage content for printed and online product documentation
requirements

extensive product management experience, with a proven ability to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives
experience in p&l management
ability to manage complex projects. (pmo skills)
deep understanding of the banking system in mexico
strong commercial abilities
innovative mindset

bachelor´s degree with finance or marketing focus desirable. Mba preferred.
