*responsibilities*
employee onboarding:
- collecting documents
- filling fte files with pers.
info, bank details report, preparation of insurance request, etc
- agreement preparation
- operations onboarding meetings with newcomers
communication with legal and finance vendors
reports:
- saving funds reports preparation - monthly basis
- food vouchers reports preparation - monthly basis
processing invoices: recording and following up on invoices and payments
organization of business trips for employees + business trips' reports
help employees resolve fin/legal issues
employee offboarding
*skills required*:
- time management: juggling numerous duties, tasks and meeting strict deadlines
- customer service: dealing with employees, vendors, etc in a positive, professional, friendly and helpful manner
- attention to detail: working with complete accuracy and spotting small mistakes and errors in spreadsheets, statements and reports before they turn into bigger issues
- computer literacy: competently using a computer and being able to get to grips with new accounting and finance software with ease
- background: 2-3+ years in an assistant role
- english: at least upper-intermediate level
