remote position mx - this is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 15-75% of your production.
key areas of responsibility
* organize a sufficient number of interviews to generate an average monthly billing of usd $21,667.
* build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
* collaborate with clients to help fill urgent positions.
* connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements.
* competently use recruitment tools and materials.
* make cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
* conduct reference checks on candidates.
requirements
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
* must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
* act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.

* consistently perform client and candidate prospecting activities.
* successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
education and experience
* a university degree is preferred but not required.
* advanced level of english (minimum toefl ibt 72-94, toefl itp 543-627, cefr b2, ielts score 5.5-6.5).
* if the candidate does not have standardized test scores to certify their english level, they may be evaluated by gpac personnel through oral interviews via video call.
