Main activities:
- responsible of following up orders of product requests by the customer; based on product knowledge, acts as a customer contact regarding product specifications, warranty services, as well as scheduling and shipping.
- answer customer phone calls to give status or change orders, as well as report and correct any errors that may occur within the labeling.
- management of accounts by client, updating the necessary information of each one within the database.
- general support in warehouse (printing labels, packaging)
- schedule from sunday to thursday -fri/sat off
- location: carretera, tijuana - tecate km140, parque industrial el bajio, 21503 tecate, b.c.
*requirements*:
- 1 -3 years of experience in logistics /warehouse /customer service (call center experience a plus)
- experience with fedex, ups processes(desirable)
- advanced english (essential).
- microsoft software
- high school degree.
- monday friday from 7am till 5pm.
