*main activities*- review of the documentation established in the borrower's contracting checklist and for the guarantees that make up the credit contract.- preparation of contracts and/or modifying agreements through the hotdocs system.- generate the corresponding requests on the legal express platform for them to be processed by the legal team.- register in the liii system the contracts and/or modifying agreements signed.- capture of financial covenants in the credit lens tool.its objective is to reduce reprocessing, seeking to make the process for the elaboration of credit agreements and modification agreements more efficient, establishing the guidelines for the development of cmb and gb (wholesale) projects, for the purpose of carrying out a review prior to the signing of the contract or agreement, verifying if there are possible differences between the terms and conditions approved by wcr (economic aspects).
likewise, the due registration in the lines iii system of the contracts already signed for their proper operation.
