the global analytics center mexico (gacmx), is a hub of advanced analytics which proves high-end analytics services across countries, businesses and global functions.
set-up in mexico, aac is a vital input towards strategic planning and decision making for senior management.
gacmx is an innovative community which integrates a wide variety of data and analytic solutions in the fields of infrastructure, analysis, information management, decision science and advance modeling to enable smarter decisions and drive profitable growth.
there are two job families in gacmx: 1) information management; 2) decision science.
the role has a direct reporting line to the head of wpb customer analytics & decision science and will be accountable for all aspects of customer campaign and strategies, p&l forecasting, advanced statistical modeling and advanced analytics.
*main accountabilities*:

- embed outcomes of business analytics and data science to optimize business decisions and activities such as acquisition, cross sell and win-back to deliver business objectives.
- design and develop relevant analytic solutions / data products in alignment with wpb strategies to enhance operational and financial effectiveness
- unleash the potential of data and analytics solutions to optimize business opportunities leveraging the current and future capabilities
- expected to own and deliver on analytics delivery while working in a matrix structure involving multiple business partners and decision makers.
drive the advanced data and analytics agenda of the function for the region/ portfolio supported.
- translate key information management solutions as generic and re-deployable across regions / countries within the wider stakeholder community
*service delivery*
- partner with business stakeholders in formulating key information management strategies
- responsible for delivery of high quality analysis solutions and provide tailored consultative service to businesses, global functions, regional & country teams.
- responsible for delivery of data models to help generate incremental revenue targets from centrally generated leads.
- management and identification of segment/product/and channels revenue pools and customer insights, impacting strategic business decision.
- development and use of sophisticated analytic data marts to be more innovative delivering increased value and data-based decisions and profitability maximization to the business' strategic actions and campaigns.
- provides thought and statistical expertise in the design & implementation of the next generation of analytic platforms and testing methodologies.
- develops effective targeting and sophisticated segmentations as input to deliver crm campaigns and other pricing and x-sell actions for the wpb customer base.
- develops data-driven knowledge (behaviors, position and potential) of our product / customer base to uncover revenue opportunities (balancing a risk-reward trade-off) aiming at maximizing customer npv and satisfaction.
- development of acquisitions, sales, attrition targeting models.
- implements test vs control methodologies to assess and monitor p&l impacts in every strategy launched by businesses
- creates targeting models as input for cross sell offers impacting loans, cards, investments and insurance businesses
