• drive the finex (financial and executive risk) p in coordination with local leadership.
• support the finex strategy in the country.
• develop finex book of business based on the relationship with clients and markets.
• maximize p opportunities by capturing synergies and efficiencies within the organization.
• manage finex pipeline development and sales opportunities, working with and supporting local leadership.
qualifications

• experience in financial lines
• generation of new business against challenging sales targets
• strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting
• high levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
• strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• quick learner, client centric and results oriented.
• understanding in-depth all wtw added values that we may deliver to our clients
• analyzing current program placement and developing new alternatives in terms of coverages, different limits, wordings/manuscripts, etc.
• deploying our risks & analytics tools to bring value to the final client and suggesting alternatives in the t to be submitted to the market.
• managing new-business pipeline throughout the use of our crm dynamics
• work together with the broking teams
• to visit periodically insurance companies, clients, prospects, retail offices and/or third party producers.
• to get involved in the reinsurance quoting and placement processes, when needed.
