Currently we are looking for our next: latam merchandising design & development coordinator
*which is the main objective of this role?*
this role will be responsible to design an develop latam´s activations agenda, focused on merchandising harmonization initiatives to increase the demand at point of sales, enhance our multi-categories, while delivering significant savings. This role will also create, design & develop merchandising displays for all segments (dts/ot/whs)
- design the strategies for displays according to operating unit needs. Portfolio and segmentation strategies in each country.
- development of engineering for each tool and pop material designed.
- ensures timely and quality of all production and deliveries, monitor shipping logistics according to requests by each country.
- approves quality samples of all materials in development, aligned with those authorized by regional and global marketing graphics.

*what will you be doing?*
- develop the merchandising development agenda for latam according to demand requirements.
- guaranty the quality assurance for proof of concepts (poc) and field sales tests validation.
- align merchandising aop priorities for latam countries
- manages complete process from requirements to production, and pos performance evaluation
- generates strategies for pdv and advice to applicants on the best tools to display
- support the delivery of the countrys merchandising agenda with temporary displays, pure plays and pop harmonization during the year according to aop
- design and develop the displays for all segments (dts, ot, whs) and 4bu and support the approvals of them with regional management level and gm of each country.
- develops engineerings and blue prints of temporary displays, pure plays and pop forcollaboration plans. Monitoring developing prototypes. Production tracking and test pilot.
- review and coordinates each engineering development latam temporary displays, pure plays and pop catalog portfolio; in order to set deliverable times and each material quality.
- manages communication status (production and shipments)with local teams in each country

*who are we looking for?*
- bachelor degree: industrial design / engineering/business/management
- experience of 5 years in development exhibitors and managing multiple projects.
- availability to travel
- industrial relations at different levels inside and outside the company
- 90% of english, portuguese basic preferably
- minimum 5 years' work experience in related industries: retail / massive consumption
- category management and/ or trade marketing experience, preferably in a large market
- good business acumen and ability to connect shopper insights to key business drivers
- ability to identify value creation opportunities and understand how value is created for retailers
- good command of english both verbal and written, needs to handle spanish conversational
