North american company*paid media agency*hiring*:*key account manager digital*net salary base: $35.000 - $45.000 + pl* *english: 90% - 100% required*general experience: programmatic and/or paid media*description overview*:- the kam is the post-sales relationship builder/maintainer within the company- this individual is the liaison between the client and the internal team- the kam is the chief organization officer within the pod and helps steer the pod forward while always being one step ahead of the client- this individual should always look for ways to help the pod to ensure proper management of each client*responsibilities*:1) communication- properly communicate with the client to get them all elements of a project (proposal, screenshots, reports, insights, wrap report, etc)- be sure to confirm with the buyer and remaining pod members that your feedback/comments are clear.- set proper expectations for team members and clients*2) client retention/upsell/insights*- ask questions about future needs/campaigns- set-up post campaign calls to go over performance and offer suggestions for future campaigns- work with your pod to provide actionable insights that are different each week or month*3) technical skills*- knowledgeable enough to pull any report/screenshot, do any media plan or send over any proposal that's needed if time doesn't permit working with strategists- stay up to date with the latest trends and competitive landscape to be able to explain strike's unique differentiation.- familiarity and hands on experience in different digital media platforms is a plus*4) pod management/quality control*- review every report, media plan, proposal that comes through to ensure perfection prior to sending to the client.- communicate feedback to team members if there are mistakes- check campaign pacing each time you send a report (or more frequently) to ensure your buyer and you are on the same page.- send out nightly to-do lists- schedule bi-weekly retrospective pod meetings to discuss feedback and determine ways to improve work*5) organization/data entry*- the kam is responsible for all data entry within our crm tool and needs to ensure this is accurate/up to speed at all times.- save all campaign details on drive/utopsa*6) platform experts*- maintain up to date knowledge of the platform you're working on*7) invoicing*- work with the finance department to onboard new clients in campaign lab and xero- responsible for invoicing clients at the end of each month and campaign*8) special projects*- think of ways and actually do unique proposals, case studies, reports, etc when warranted for high potential clients.
