what can you expect in an executive assistant role with taskus:
1. efficiently organize and manage executives' calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling.
2. facilitate internal engagement initiatives, fostering collaboration among teams.
3. handle operational requisitions and serve as the point of contact for procurement matters.
4. manage travel logistics, ensuring smooth and cost-effective trips.
5. prepare accurate and timely expense reports for vice presidents and operations teams.
6. create polished presentations and decks for effective communication.
7. monitor and optimize discretionary budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
8. organize events seamlessly and manage vendor relationships efficiently.
9. provide logistics and assistance during visits by senior leadership.
10. coordinate logistics for both potential and existing client visits.
11. capture meeting details and track action items for timely follow-up.
12. actively engage in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
13. possess familiarity with project management principles and follow-up procedures.
14. approach tasks with a strategic mindset to drive organizational goals.
required qualifications:
1. 1+ year(s) previous experience in maintenance supervision or related field
2. positive attitude and a problem-solver
3. computer skills; may include scheduling with google suite or similar software
4. well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
5. accurate and precise attention to detail
6. excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. ability to physically climb ladders, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 to 50 pounds.
8. ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
9. ability to work overnight/non-traditional hours, on an “as needed” basis.
10. be able to motivate and inspire a team of housekeeping and security staff, plus manage vendors because this position deals with them regularly.
11. 1 year of labor or customer service experience.
12. previous handyman experience is preferred.
education / certifications:
1. high school diploma required
2. bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business administration
3. microsoft sheets, slides and docs
4. able to meet deadlines
work location / work schedule / travel:
office based. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
