organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff, maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.implement cost reduction initiatives in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.coordinate freight movements between the tijuana facilities to minimize freight costs and ensure an optimized supply chain is established.maintain and continually improve the quality management system in the areas assigned with a "risk management" approach.ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.qualificationsminimum qualifications:at least 10 years' experience in planning, materials management, inventory control, logistics and high-volume high mix manufacturing environment.bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field.a proven track record of delivery performance, inventory turns improvement, and implementation of modern planning approaches.strong knowledge of peoplesoft, oracle and/or other similar erp systems.excellent communication, management, and negotiation skills, particularly with respect to a manufacturing environment.fluency in the english language.expertise managing high exposure projects.expertise in power bi
