The foreign trade analyst has to comply with all the foreign trade requirements and updates necessary for the operation (immex, civa, rgce, ryrna's, prosec) in accordance with current mexican customs and foreign trade law.
job responsibilities:
* customs clearance processes as established by law.
* compliance for audits machinery in accordance with the regulations of the customs law.
* request all regulations and import permits (rule 8, porsec benefits, immex).
* control of foreign trade files to import & export operations (entry customs).
* audit of foreign trade files in case any mexican authority requires it (sat-anam-agace).
job requirements:
* bachelor's degree in international trade – foreign trade / external trade.
experience:
* knowledge of mexican customs law.
* management of incoterms.
* knowledge of annex 22, hts, nom, certificates and rules of origin, calculation of contributions (pedimentos).
* intermediate excel and basic word.
* knowledge on immex and civa programs.
