located in our santa fe office, you will work on a variety of projects, including websites, rebranding marketing collateral, development, conceptualization and design of advertising material, editorials, prototypes, videos and presentations multimedia for internal and external communication material, ensuring the correct impact of the brand, respecting the brand guidelines established.
*key responsibilities*:
- developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose
- thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
- using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
- presenting finalized ideas and concepts for account managers
- plans concept by studying information and materials.
- obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- understand project requirements and adhere to client specifications.
- design of catalogs, brochures, flyers, mass media ads, electrostatic, logos, manuals, etc.
- production of interactive videos.
- regulation and diffusion of corporate image standards aligned with the global brand strategy.
- design for advertising campaigns (ooh, trucks, pdv images)
- creative image design for the dissemination and positioning of the gates brand on the internet, content grid design and temporalities for social networks.
- ensure that the visual resource complies with the parameters and guidelines established by the brand.
(machine foot, pantones, logos, records, corporate image, etc.)
- design of graphic materials for exhibitions and activations.
- design of internal campaigns and visual support required.
- 3d modeling design for special and high-reach projects for the company.
*about you*
- *
2-4* years of progressive *experience*:
- *
degree* in *graphic design*, digital art or advertising
- fluent in *english *written and spoken
- strong portfolio
- possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- a flexible approach when working in a team
- excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with internal clients
- good presentation skills
- time management skills
- proactive for providing new ways to communicate
- self-manageable for delivering on time
- high productivity and quality
- be able to set methodologies and standards for developing projects
- showing his/her commitment even working under pressure, do not get angry
- accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
- being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
- effective networking skills to build contacts.
- excellent skills on adobe: after effects, premiere, in design, illustrator and photoshop
- graphic design skills, layout skills, creative services, customer focus, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, desktop publishing tools, acute vision, handles rejection
