located in our santa fe office, you will work on a variety of projects, including websites, rebranding marketing collateral, development, conceptualization and design of advertising material, editorials, prototypes, multimedia presentations and internal and external communication material.
through graphic design, you will help gates reach and exceed business objectives and customer expectations, ensuring consistent branding, according to the global brand style guide.
*key responsibilities*
- cultivate a solid body of work
- take the design 'brief' to record requirements and internal clients' needs
- schedule project implementation
- work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- use innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints
- present finalized ideas and concepts to internal clients
- plan concepts by studying information and materials
- obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
- understand project requirements and adhere to client specifications
- design of catalogs, brochures, flyers, mass media ads, electrostatic, logos, manuals, etc.
- design for advertising campaigns (ooh, trucks, pdv images)
- creative image design for the dissemination and positioning of the gates brand on the internet, content grid design and temporalities for social networks
- ensure that the visual resource complies with the parameters and guidelines established by the brand.
(machine foot, pantones, logos, records, corporate image, etc.)
- design of graphic materials for exhibitions and activations
- design of internal campaigns and visual support required
- digital marketing content creation
*about you*
- * 2 - 4* years of *experience*:
- degree in graphic design, digital art or advertising
- * fluent in *written and* spoken english *(with a degree)
- proven graphic designing experience
- demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio
- possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- copywriting skills
- a flexible approach when working in a team
- excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with internal clients
- good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to colleagues
- time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
- accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
- being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
- effective networking skills to build contacts.
- excellent skills on in design, illustrator and photoshop
- graphic design skills, layout skills, creative services, customer focus, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, desktop publishing tools, acute vision, handles rejection
- experience working in/with global companies would be a plus
