*responsibilities*:
- use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.
- identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
- make cold calls and following up on warm leads to try to secure new business.
- regularly interact and communicate with various internal departments to provide vital information that may be necessary for servicing the customer.
- create and deliver presentations remotely when necessary to help secure new business.
- immediately notify management team if an existing account is in jeopardy of discontinuing service or issues remain unresolved regardless of attempts to correct situation.
*experience*:
- excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- sales experience
- self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- at least one year of experience in call centers as a business development
