.the performance marketing manager will be responsible for increasing lead volumes and brand awareness via paid social channels, meta and google. This individual will report directly to the vice president of marketing and ceo. You will be given the opportunity to manage all aspects of our paid ad accounts including the planning, development & implementation of campaigns, with a focus on optimization strategies that generate outcomes. This is very much a hands-on role that is fast-paced and requires great dedication and attention to detail. Includes campaign planning, setup, creative development, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization.track budgets and forecasts, evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness, and pinpoint new opportunities for growth and expansion.design and build custom reports and data analyses, joining multiple datasets together when needed to gain valuable views of performance. Identify and articulate key insights and recommendations.perform data-driven optimization to improve campaign performance after launch continuously.a/b test ad copy and landing pages using third-party testing toolsknowledge, skills, and abilitiesexcellent writing and visual presentation skills. Use data to derive insights and present information and proposals clearly to leaders.perfect english fluency with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Google ads search and display certifications. Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-focused company, startup or agency.
