job responsibilities
responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
* absolute difference / total inventory amount on target in pms
* follow abc cycle counting method, assure to count all the warehouse in 12 months
* respond to all customer complaints in less than 48 hrs, find the root cause and create a process to solve it
* follow the dbs process
* be part of the 5's culture in the office and also in the work floor, support every motion from the management and be involved.
* full responsibility in the wms setup (ll01, warehouse views, abc indicator) monitoring and control
* full responsibility in the annual inventory, organization, training, resources, and process in sap, and final report to auditors
* be part of the safety in the warehouses and all danfoss facilities, helping and performing always with the concept safety first
* manage all processes in accordance with internal control
qualifications
the ideal candidate possesses these skills:
* bachelor’s degree in supply chain & operations management or related field is required.
* warehouse experience
* experience working with sap wms
* advanced english
* passionate about learning and continuously improving skills.
* organized and process-oriented.
* professional and outstanding communication skills in all aspects and situations, especially when dealing with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
