*responsibilities*
- support employees and leaders across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to departure, handling a variety of employee-related matters
- spearhead efforts to boost employee engagement and retention
- participate in performance management activities and promote a culture of ongoing feedback
- oversee wellbeing initiatives and partner with managers to mitigate and address employee burnout
- provide guidance on people processes and policies when automated solutions fall short
- propel key people processes including onboarding and wellbeing, and assist with people projects and strategic endeavors
- assist people partners with a variety of projects and tasks
- evaluate people data to spot trends and formulate innovative solutions
- collaborate closely with management and leadership to roll out effective programs and initiatives
- champion and facilitate diversity and inclusion activities
- offer hr expertise regarding feedback, employee relations, and consult with managers on performance management and retention tactics
- collaborate with business partners to analyze hr metrics and trends, crafting effective solutions and programs
*requirements*:
- at least 2 years of hr experience in a dynamic, innovative setting
- a proven passion for teamwork coupled with excellent communication skills
- ability to handle complex and unclear situations proactively
- keen sensitivity to the needs of both employees and the organization
- proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to act in a coaching capacity, providing timely and impactful feedback
- strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- proficiency in excel and powerpoint
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- english proficiency at a b2+ level
