The account manager is responsible for:- research and develop new customers and new business segments in the assigned sales territory (baja california, chihuahua and sonora), plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for selling solutions while maintaining and promoting relationship with customers, who may be determined to design-in opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.- ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
interacting with vendors and customers in a technical, engineering and pricing environment.- developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, set phoenix contact's market sales accounts along with incorporating in-depth knowledge of device connector's business area.- being able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (qbr), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.
ability to lead regular qbrs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.- promoting and selling the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by our distribution channel.- main point of contact and handle customers' issues.- in charge of sales budget (booking /billing) for assigned customers and new customers- work in a team regionally and globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
