*a bit about the project/client*
we are seeking for an amazing *product owner* who will be responsible for driving and defining the launch of new software products and services within the company by organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work for our software development team.
product analyst responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints.
the individual should have a solid grasp of data analytics, strategy, and agile methodologies in order to deliver a high-quality product.
to be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

*responsibilities*:
- providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout projects and creating requirements.
- ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- lead sprint planning meetings to explain feature priorities and requirements to the development teams.
- convey the vision and goal at the beginning of every release and sprint to development teams.
- identify product release content and timelines.
- represent the stakeholders, end users, and customers to the team answer questions, and provide directions.
- identify and prepares materials as needed and deliver internal training for new features.
- provide expertise to help partners, support, sales, and other groups with questions about the product.
- assess value, develop cases, and prioritize tasks, enhancement requests, and features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release goals.
- demonstrated experience with the analysis and redesign of business processes
- research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- perform other related duties as assigned.

- knowledge of the organization's mission, vision, and goals and execution of policies and procedures.
- solid understanding of the product lifecycle.

- knowledge and in-depth understanding of agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- demonstrated experience developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
